While honoring the Anishinaabe heritage of its students, the Laura McKenzie Learning Center strives to provide a cuturally appropriate, well rounded program that meets the needs of all students and encourages them to become lifelong learners who attain acedemic exellence and life balance in school, community, and the world.

December Events!

The LMLC recieved a grant and purchased $10, 000 in Native content books for our school library. These books are all by Native authors and/or illustrators. We also recieved a local donation from one of Camp Wabun's participants of some great sports equipment for our students.
